As a Graduate from the University of South Florida, Erika has walked away with a B.A. in Public and Cultural Communication. Upon graduating she embarked on furthering her career in the Performing Arts field and studied with the likes of David Allen, Marc John Jefferies, Scott Powers Studios, Alyse Kenny, Erica Palgon, Billy Collura and Jamie Morgan Brown.

Furthermore, Ms. Wood has been featured on NBC, BET and Nickelodeon. Her works are carefully selected because she chooses to portray characters who are memorably valued. Erika can also be seen on ABC’s “What Would You Do”, MTV’s “The Kids Ain’t Alright” and The award winning short film “Orange Bright”. Additionally, she has had the privilege of working on ‘Monique Show’ as the Academy Award Winner’s Stand-In (2009-2011).

Respectfully, Erika is a member of NYWIFT (New York Women in Film and Television) and has added works of writing, producing, and directing to her resume. In 2020; she started her company, ‘Keep the Promise Productions LLC.’ (Servicing event photography and productions.) Erika J. Wood’s career continues to take an unprecedented flight that will be legendary!
